Abstract Submission Instructions
Abstract submission deadline: September 15, 2022

Abstracts must be no more than one A4 size page in Microsoft Word format and must include a title, authors, affiliations, and a main text (e.g., introduction, results, discussion, and conclusion) without figure and table. The Microsoft Word or PDF files (less than 10 MB) can be submitted from the registration system(https://amarys-jtb.jp/ihmc2022/).

From abstracts of the in-person attendees, the limited number of abstracts will be selected as oral presentations in the congress (please also see General Information). If you wish oral presentation, please indicate ‘Poster or Oral’ in the upper left corner of the abstract. After a deadline has passed, the scientific board reads through all abstracts with ‘Poster or Oral’ to select oral or poster presentations, and finalizes the scientific program. Selected abstracts (EAA; Excellent Abstract Award) will be informed as oral presentations to author(s) via email in September.
If you wish poster presentation only, please indicate ‘Poster only’ in the upper left corner of the abstract. Your abstract will be selected as a poster presentation without reviewing.

For in-person student attendees

From abstracts of the in-person student attendees, the limited number of abstracts will also be selected as oral presentations in the congress (please also see General Information). If you wish oral presentation, please indicate ‘Poster or Oral’ in the upper left corner of the abstract. After a deadline has passed, the organizer reads through all abstracts with ‘Poster or Oral’ to select oral or poster presentations, and finalizes the scientific program. Selected abstracts (YEEA; Young Excellent Abstract Award) will be informed as oral presentations to author(s) via email in September.
If you wish poster presentation only, please indicate ‘Poster only’ in the upper left corner of the abstract. Your abstract will be selected as a poster presentation without reviewing.

Selected oral presenters (EAAs and YEAAs) can also have poster presentations in the congress.

Poster Submission Instructions
The electric file of the poster submission period : From October 13, 2022 to November 4, 2022

All poster presenters (both in-person and online) must submit the files by November 4. All submitted files will be uploaded on the website, and accessible online for all registrants during the congress.
For in-person poster presenters, you should arrive at the congress with your poster already printed. You will be provided with a poster board. Please ensure the maximum area of your poster does not exceed A0 ((width) 841mm x (height) 1,189mm) in total size as otherwise we cannot guarantee that your poster will be displayed.
